1997 Dodge 2500 4x4

Recommended Posts

Well, the 97 has to go.. My son has a coworker at the fish hatchery that is really interested in it for towing his farm trailers.

Selling it up here in BC would be easier but, who knows what will happen.

Just putting out feelers now, pm me if interested...

My signature tells most of the truck’s story..

Probably looking for something in the neighborhood of $7500 USD.

Sure seems like a truck with that list of mods would pull more money.....

That’s what my wife says, but, need it out of my hair and maybe off to someone who will

appreciate it for the mods.

Some random person off Craig’s List won’t understand everything this truck has had done to it

or appreciate it.

I’ve never been one to hang on for an unrealistic price,so, get it sold is my motto...

Good God Steve I hope you didn't actually tell her how much all the things you did to that truck cost! If so she probably wants you to ask $20,000 for it.

Travis would be the perfect buyer for this truck, just saying.

He likes a good deal, and he would take care of it and fully understands all that there.

You guys should get this done.

My wife knows exactly what I spend on stuff...(well most of it) ...

Joint bank account and credit cards does that..

She has kept me sort of on the right path financially over 30 years( our 30th anniversary is July 1st).

I have plenty of toys,no mortgage and money in the bank!

If it was just me running the finances things wouldn’t look so Rosie for retirement!

Man, I think I need this thing... as long as it isn't rusty and the paint is decent. I haven't seen it for many years at Mr hoss's house a while back. I'd even keep it garaged too!!

Scotty might be able to tell us, but if it was a boat I would have it towed into the states and do the transaction on this side.

It’s not a show truck by any means, but it’s not a rust bucket either.

There is very light surface rust just starting on the roof...

i can sent you some pictures..

It hasn’t been beat up,but I do hunt and fish a lot with it over the years..

Pretty easy from what I have learned. BC bill of sale and the registration.

A clean lien search as well.

Do your homework as rules change and have lately.

call the port of entry you want to cross at, get the name and badge number from the officer that you speak to.

It would be nice to say it’s not a big deal but find out before you do the deal for everyone’s sake.

Well the truck has the CMVSS sticker in the door jamb, Sumas border crossing says that won't work and need a letter from the manufacturer that it meets us safety dot standards.... Any of you guys have any more ideas to get it here? I'm willing to pay for your time too.... Thanks, Travis

Chrysler Canada will not provide a letter unless its a Canadian moving to the USA

Your other option is a registered importer and that will cost a minimum of $1500 usd
