This will be a multi weekend project. I put the first weekend in this weekend.

I used #3 polish to cut some makes and then cleaned and #3 polished the Transom.

In two weeks I will head back over and #1 polish the entire boat.  (I now know why they charge 1500 to do this)

Then after all this polishing. Remove all excess polish and then Cerma coat.

Cerma coat will all be done by hand.

Here are some pictures of the beginning and the progress.

Today after work I'll be driving over to get started again. One final polishing on the finest stuff from 3M.

Then hand apply the Cerma coat.  I honest know why detail shops charge 1500 to do this now...

Ok there is a difference once the Cerma Coat goes on. That application is the easy part. The polishing prior nearly killed me. I even polished the Fenders on Sundy. 668fb9b92387ab731e73325afc69aff2.jpg11505d6de67d97cef171511c06b06bd7.jpgb4b5051cfabd4c2f38fa4db487ba83bd.jpg3ce46b10ab4c28fb267d846edb93d233.jpgd48ebc24cc02ffb184ab7926562ae116.jpg

Then I started putting on the Cerma coating. Left side of the handle has it right doesnt in the first picture. Not sure pictures do it just. But there is a difference between coated and not. 8f837b41a3c3058408b583dd4b83a2a4.jpgd4fe236f2dee9fa1343fb4668268835d.jpg5bf348943e7c1bb835ac7863bdf01215.jpg21bf74349e9f5992b43849e3f085f3bf.jpgcff0a9b877a475060b222a75e704bfc4.jpg83a251abd69a4f44e1531f202a2fff81.jpg

I was quoted between 1500 and 2000 to have this done.

I'm 600 into materials, plus my time.   Next time I will most likely pay. :help:
