Old Hickory Knives

Recommended Posts

I watch a lot of BBQ Pit Boys stuff and it seems those guys are always pimping these Old Hickory knives. I needed a knife for out at the fire pit anyway so I figured WTH, I’ll give it a go. They’re made in America and pretty reasonably priced. No reports yet on performance. Ordered the biggest one they had and a paring knife for limes and stuff.

Anyone else tried these?

Better too much than not enough ;)   It’s carbon steel so I’ll probably have to keep it oiled.

My go to knife now is a Bubba blade. I bought one to use on the boat and now I use them on everything.
