build new dash, with new switches, link 8 and fusion stereo will be mounted in the panel as well

install espar heater

install new radar

hydraulic steering

panel for electronics mounted to hardtop

cooler storage where ice box was

paint with bilgekote behind padded side panels

new cylinder head ( i have 2 broken exhaust bolts, and this head had a few cracks when i put it on)

fix water leak in exhaust mixer

polish desmiones hard water stains out of glass

it is a big list and hope to be done in 40 days
my expedition pulled this boat like a dream, was funny having both my Cummins 4bt's hooked together

sounds like a big list. Bummer the head is coming off.

What does she weigh on the trailer?

5500lb boat plus trailer weight, not bummed at all the head is coming off this head has 9mm injector holes and really want a 7mm head. plus the head is only $400 for a bare one. i am so happy with this boat it is worth doing.

She's gonna be tip top Dave! That's not bad for a head, probably no more than mercruiser parts and likely a lot easier to work on.

I finally brought Loose Cruise home on Friday and tucked it into the shop. I also have a list for the winter but nothing like yours. Just glad it got me through another summer problem free.

A summer of trouble free boating is priceless in my book. Preventitive maintenance is huge on boats.
