I will have lots of dead animal to feed everyone.

Pulled Pork

Chicken of some kind

probably brisket

whatever else calls to me when I go to get it.

If anyone has a special need let me know and we will see what we can do.

we have a blue room on site by the shop and SOME power available

I have 2 propane BBQ's if anyone needs to use them to cook anything

Feel free to bring whatever floats your boat and please list it here so everyone can plan to whatever we dont have.

I'm terrible at planning for parties and such, I never know what to bring. But if someone tells me what is needed and what to bring I'll bring it. :)

I second this.

My wife's birthday is Friday the 18th. I can bring a cake to this party.

Hoss, do you want/need me to get things like a costco stack of paper/cardboard plates, bag of napkins, box of plastic flatware, solo cups, a case of bottled water?

Its not food but, I can bring some lawn games like Ladder ball & Croquet (I usually set this up and play it like goofy golf, the more obstacles the better).

I am shooting for Friday off and arriving around noon or so, Mark. If Gary's spot next to the shop is open can I park there? I will pick up the pretzel rolls from the German Deli. They would be one day old but still OK IMO. If I don't get Friday off it will just be the truck and I can get the rolls fresh that morning.

Plates and eating utensils are always needed!

Since there is usually lots of bottled water and cans of soda and so on cups are not normally needed but they dont hurt.

I think I have a can of maple syrup hid in my pantry that Mike gave me. I can be there early and help with breakfast.
Might be moving a bit slower than usual with the gimpy back and hip.
I have to leave around 330-4 for a BBQ we are throwing for our missionaries from Thailand who are home on furlough for a few weeks.
Let me know if you are in need of anything else Kelly.
Looking forward to seeing you all again...
