Who likes Thai food? The area's best authentic Thai is in a tiny restaurant in College Place. Have to make reservations. Do it on a Sunday, and make reservations, we could have most of the restaurant to ourselves.
Have cruise out to Whitman Mission and finish up at Bangkok 103 in the late afternoon.
Maybe arrange for a Vineyard tour with one of the local big vintners. Not that I consume alcohol, but it would be interesting for most, even me, as a scientific curiousity about the grapes, chemistry, etc.
I'd insist on the first, everything else is just.. fluff. Maybe do a backcountry run to Walla Walla, there's several routes and some very lonely roads out there.

Thai :rk: I'd definitely be up for a Spring Run/BOMB party in TriCities. It felt a lot like Spring today up here on the Palouse. I spent most of the day crossing things off the honey-do list.
